Highly recommended! Great staff and food. Red prawn with chickpeas and olives were especially delicious. Staff spoke english and Mark was attentive and polite despite being very busy at the bar. Perfect night to end our Barcelona trip.

I highly recommend this place. The food was really good. We ordered several appetizers, the best for me was Ensaladilla rusa and as main dishes the best were the eggplant with grilled cheese and the grilled artichoke with jamón (best I’ve ever tried). The Quality/price rate is very good, we paid 40 per person but we had a lot of food. Service was ok and the restaurant has a cool bodega style. We had a really good time there and the most important, a delicious meal. It’s a Must!

We found the restaurant near to the place where we stayed in Barcelona. We had a reservation and managed to get in on time. Topas option were versatile which gives you a great opportunity to try completely different tastes. Drinks were also good. So this place is highly recommended. Please don’t go without reservation because there is 0 chance to find a place.

We ordered “today’s menu” (the €25 one) today. On the menu, it said it included BREAD, WATER, 1 DRINK (WINE GLASS, BEER OR SOD). We even asked the staff if the water and wine are both included in today’s menu, she said yes. When we are paying, they say one meal only includes one glass of drink, so we have to pay for the water. I think when we were confused about the menu and asked for explanation, they should’ve told us in the beginning, instead of asking us to take the responsibility of the mistake on the menu and the wrong explanation from the staff. It was totally a scam:(

The good is fine (although nothing crazy, too much salt in some dishes). Seats are uncomfortable and waiters slow.

I visited twice during my five day stay in Barcelona. Both times the restaurant was crowded, but the staff went out of their way to find me a spot. The food is very good. First time, I ordered tapas. The squid tentacle was the highlight. Second time, I ordered the 25 euro three-course meal. The highlight was the main course of cod and white beans-. The house white wine is excellent and paired well with the many seafood dishes I ate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even though I was a solo diner. High recommended.

So good!!!. To my list of preferred places in the city. Traditional catalan food with a modern touch. Service very friendly and price correct. Chickpeas with red prawns is a must in this place
